Proof of Service
- Active Duty: A statement of service signed by, or by direction of, the adjutant, personnel officer, or commander of your unit or higher headquarters showing:
- Your full name
- Social Security number
- Date of birth
- Entry date on active duty
- Duration of lost time, if any
- Name of the command providing the information
- Veterans: DD Form 214, Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty.
Basic Personal and Financial Information
- Recent pay stubs
- Personal identification (e.g. driver’s license, passport)
- Social Security number
- Proof of additional income
- Employment history
- Personal assets
- Debt information
Credit Report
Lenders will obtain this, but it’s recommended to be familiar with your credit score and report.
