 On the sell side

On the purchase side

Coordinate getting the DD214, COE and additional documents that are needed.  Viewing and touring homes that are possible prospects.  Getting information on schools and employment opportunities.  Coordinating with a Mortgage company that specializes in VA, a title company if needed or attorney depending on the state along with home inspectors, appraisers, and other tradesman to insure the home is ready to move in.

For The Active Renter

Getting the information on the BAH (Basic Allowance for Housing) so that the servicemember has a full understanding of his or her benefit.

Coordinating with the agent on the receiving side to insure a smooth transition.

Veterans

Most veterans are not current on the changes in the VA that may have a direct impact on their current situation.  This has to do with recent changes, added benefits, grants and aid for disabilities and a host of other issues.  A MilRES agent can navigate through the reams of paper and find answers for you.  They were taught that at our class and updates are available quickly.
